Come and join us this Friday for Maths at 2pm, we will be doing puzzles. Then come to the whole school assembly- who will be the star worker this week?
Today we were interviewed by Radio Norfolk about our views on living in Norfolk and what we thought about having a ‘Norfolk Day’. We have now been on the radio, on the news and in the newspaper over the last 2 weeks- we are becoming celebrities!
Today we had our second session of working with the artist Sue on learning how to observe when sketching. We learnt how to consider the proportions of what we were drawing and how to make our pictures look 3D using shading.
We had our final performance of the opera last night and the children did us all proud as usual. There were some tears that it was over as the children enjoyed it so much. I hope they all get a good rest this weekend as they deserve it.
We have an award winning artist coming in next week to work with the children on Monday and Wednesday as a treat for their hard work.
The children had their first evening performance of the opera today alongside an afternoon performance to Years 2 and 3. They overcame any nerves they had to give top performances. Getting better every time- so proud of you all.
We had our first rehearsals at OPEN today getting to know the theatre. We thought we were loud until we had such a large space to fill.
During our lunch break we went to a park to play, but it started to hail.
The children all had a choice of staying outside in the hail or going in to the warmth- every child chose to stay outside. The staff were delighted!
We will be famous!
