Good morning Nursery!

Good morning everyone πŸ™‚ Can you start the morning by standing on one leg? How long can you hold yourself? Can you count how many seconds you can balance for? Count nice and loud and see how long you can go for!

  1. Your first activity is a literacy based activity – I want you to guess what might happen next. What could the girl be saying? What is she doing? Why might she fall? Who are the other people in the picture? You may need to encourage the discussion with your child and initiate ideas πŸ™‚

2. The next activity is an interactive counting game on CBEEBIES – Follow the link below and have a go with your child πŸ™‚

Sock bean bag toss: A great use for that large cardboard box you were about to recycle. Cut holes of various widths and shapes and assign point values to each one. Flip the box upside down and you’ve got an instant carnival-style bean bag toss. You can use soft socks to toss or small balls such as ping-pong. Little prizes are optional.

the teacher did reply
