Good morning 🙂

Using the tricky word reading game I would like you to play this with a partner today. After each player has their turn and reads the word they have landed on both players then have to use that word to put into a sentence (this has to be spoken not written).

Yesterday we started to think about animals and had a go at describing your favourite animal. Today we are going to find out about a special scientific word. I have a video clip and a song to help us understand it. The word is called HABITAT. A habitat is the natural home or environment of living things (animals and plants). After you have watched and listened to the links below I would like you to talk to your grown up about different habitats. Are there any habitats you have visited? Are there any you would like to see? What animals do you think would live in the different habitats?
