St. George’s strives to continually improve practice, procedures, the educational environment and the outcomes for children.
Improvement is planned strategically and is a complex and dynamic process it involves discussion and consultation at all levels in the school including staff, parents, children and Governors. The school sets priorities based on needs analysis identified through School Self-evaluation and is further informed by the outcomes and findings of any inspection or audit which currently includes the OFSTED inspection of June 2018. The priorities for the academic year are detailed in the School Improvement and Development Plan.
In addition we have begun to formulate an action plan to recover lost learning from the Covid Lockdown period.
