We are at the end of the first week back after half term, and the children have come back ready to learn which is fantastic!

This week we have started thinking about Armistice Day, and written poems. Remembrance Sunday is this weekend, and in school on Wednesday we will be having a virtual assembly to mark this important date.

Today we have also had a conversation about what this lockdown means. Schools remain open, which means I still get to see these wonderful faces everyday in the week, but usual lockdown rules still apply: children should not be mingling outside their households, they should not be out to play unsupervised, and ideally time spent outside of the house environment should be limited. This will help us all stay safe.
